Crepe Masters

Rafael Bitanga 10th Grade, owner of Kodiak, Alaska's Crepe Escape.

It is such a blessing and a privilege to have my peers as my crew this summer.

I could not have asked for a better team to work with. Each crepe master has a unique talent to bring to the team and we can’t wait to serve you.

I would love to escape to France to try a crepe made from its origin.

In my 3 year of making crepes, I’ve made approximately 1500 of them. But the food that I’m most passionate for is homemade Chicken Gnocchi, and I think I make it better than Olive Garden’s.

After I finish my high school journey, I would like to venture the world of music and food.
